Consignor Registration

Registration to Consign for the fall winter sale ends on Wednesday Aug 20, 2008 at 12pm EDT

Thank you for your interest in consigning with us, please read the consignor Agreement below.  By filling out the form below, you agree with the consignor agreement and agree to abide by it.  We will email you your consignor number within 48 hours, if you do not get an email from us, please give us a call or email us.  Please make sure you put in your right email address so we can get back to you.  If you have consigned with us before, you may use your old consignor number, but you still need to fill out the consignor registration  form and we will email you a confirmation.

For all tagging instructions, preparing items, consignor sale and drop off times, please go to CONSIGNORS INFO.  If you have not consigned with us before, please take a minute to read over the instructions for consignors.  Please note that all consignors need to bring a self addressed stamped envelope for their checks.  Thank you.

• Cozy Tots Consignor Agreement

• Consignor agrees to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in Cozy Tots Kids Consignment Sale from whatever cause either foreseen or unforeseen against the Cozy Tots Kids Consignment Sale, the people of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or paid participants in Cozy Tots, or the insurer of Cozy Tots.
• Consignor understands that it is their responsibility to fill out each item's tag completely and properly. Consignor agrees that any item found WITHOUT A CONSIGNOR NUMBER or an INVALID CONSIGNOR NUMBER on their tag or any item without a tag will be not be sold and will be available at pick-up.  Any item not identified will become property of Cozy Tots and will be donated to charity of our choice.   
• Consignor agrees that Cozy Tots is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during the sale.
• Consignor agrees that ITEMS NOT PICKED UP by the end of the designated pick-up period will become the property of Cozy Tots and will be donated to charity .
• Consignor agrees that the Consignor will have a $5.00 participation fee at time of drop off and the consignor will receive 2/3 of the what their items sale for.
• Consignor agrees to bring a self addressed stamped envelope at time of drop off, the envelope will be used to mail his/her check when the sale is over.
